Carlo Michelini<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PhD project Title<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formulations for minimally invasive interventions in the repair of skin and joint tissue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abstract of the PhD project<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project aims to develop innovative polymeric devices for aesthetic medicine and biomedical applications. As examples, poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) microparticle for dermal and joint tissue regeneration will be investigated. Microparticles will be prepared through emulsion and nanoprecipitation techniques, integrating hydroxyapatite and post-biotics to enhance tissue regeneration. Morphology, physicochemical properties, and degradation profiles will be studied to ensure biocompatibility and safety. Needle-free delivery systems, such as jet injectors, will be designed to optimize patient comfort and therapeutic efficacy.
