The PhD student may need to carry out research activities in structures external to the Department of Pharmacy. In this case it is necessary to request formal authorization from the teaching staff, regardless of the duration of the period of activity. To request this authorization it is necessary to fill in the following form (word format, pdf format) and send it to the Doctoral Course Coordinator (tiziano.tuccinardi@unipi.it). Once the request has been approved, the doctoral student will receive the Authorization Form relating to the aforementioned authorization via email.
